Councilman Todd Rose is a fourth-generation Stony Point res ident whose deep roots in the commu nity continue to shape his approach to public service. Now serving his second term on the Town Board, having first been elected in 2021, Todd is commit ted to preserving the hometown char acter, rich history, and natural beauty that have made Stony Point a special place to live for generations. Together with his wife, he has proudly raised their three children in the community they have always called home.

Todd brings more than 35 years of management experience to the Town Board, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College. His profes sional background, combined with his experience serving on the Stony Point Architectural Review Board and his involvement with the Rockland County Business Association, provides valuable perspective as the Town continues to plan responsibly for the future. He is committed to fiscal responsibility, supporting economic growth, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are managed wisely.

His commitment to Stony Point ex tends well beyond Town Hall. A lifelong parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church, Todd has also dedicated many years to coaching youth baseball, soft ball, and Little League, helping shape the next generation while building lasting relationships throughout the community.

As a Councilman, Todd remains fo cused on encouraging thoughtful economic development, protecting the Town from overdevelopment, and preserving the quality of life that resi dents value. He is especially committed to ensuring Stony Point remains an affordable and welcoming community where families can thrive and seniors can continue to enjoy the town they proudly call home.
